Melbourne Tattoo & Body Art Expo
The 2nd annual Melbourne Tattoo & Body Art Expo kicks off next Friday. Dr Rev is back again this year, painting portraits with his own blood. It is a surreal experience and something not to be missed. If that’s not quite your thing, there are fashion shows, stalls, art and everything tattoo related to check out. To skip the lines on the day pre-purchase your tickets here.
If you’re planning on attending the Melbourne Tattoo & Body Art Expo, check out what Crystal has on offer at the Gomineko Books booth. The Gomineko Crew have been doing their part to raise money for tsunami relief efforts in Japan and may have some items for sale, with the proceeds going towards the cause.. Crystal also runs auctions of unique Japanese art (books, clothing, kewpie dolls and other trinkets) on the Gomineko Books Instagram page (Search for gominekobooks). And why not check out the Japanese artists doing traditional tebori/hand poked tattoos while you’re there.
